When I was a kid, I couldn't wait to grow up to discover the one big happiness that will make it all worth it. To me, that point would be the climax of my life. It would complete me in the sense that would be the thing I will be striving for as I grow. My parents would be proud of me on founding my purpose. I imagined it to be an award, presented with an audience cheering for me. I always imagined myself taking it as a trophy or something, my parents watching me with intent eyes, swelling with pride as the world recognized whatever the good I had bestowed on mankind! Absurd, I know.
I grew up and so did my silly notions. I found life is a journey; not the one that revolves around a single moment of happiness, but a journey filled with countless such tiny moments.
They say your attitude determines your altitude. You can either sit and wait for that one big moment of glory, or you can find happiness in every tiny moment and appreciate it.
Happiness is a state of mind. It doesn't come looking for you. You have to open yourself to it. Think big!
Have a beautiful life!
What comes to your mind when I say "big"?
I hope you have an eventful week ahead!
Loads of huGGies n Kichus ~~~
